Avenue Living has completed analysis on the portfolio concentration of the largest multi-family owners and operators in Canada. Much of our Prairie peer group is more focused in primary markets (Calgary, Edmonton, Regina, and Saskatoon) leaving the secondary Prairie markets less institutionally owned. This inherently generates acquisition opportunities.
